Responsibilities: • • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to ensure everything is in top-notch condition. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and testing safety systems, to prevent unexpected breakdowns. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption. • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule that aligns with brand standards. • Document all maintenance activities and repairs, maintaining accurate records for future reference and compliance. • Assist in the identification and procurement of necessary tools and materials, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. • Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and safety. Qualifications: • • Experience: 1-3 years in building maintenance, general contracting, or a related trade. • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting. • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and professional communication for guest interactions.
