    The Marriott Rochester Airport is hiring a Revenue Analyst/Coordinator. The hotel revenue analyst/coordinator maximizes property profitability by evaluating market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and analyzing booking patterns. They collaborate with sales and operations teams to execute rate strategies, manage room inventory across booking platforms, and prepare performance forecasts and reports. Responsibilities: • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing metrics like Occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR). • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and local market demand to identify revenue-generation opportunities. • Pricing & Inventory Management: Configure and update pricing, inventory controls, and booking restrictions across all distribution channels (e.g., brand websites, OTAs) to maintain rate parity. • Forecasting: Assist the Director of Revenue or Revenue Manager with drafting revenue projections, budgets, and sales strategy packets. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the Front Office, Reservations, and Sales teams to execute packages, monitor group booking trends, and enforce revenue strategies. Qualifications: • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Hospitality Management. • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical capability with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. • System Proficiency: Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera, and industry-specific revenue management tools. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data quality, rate loading, and auditing inventory. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
