    Job Category: First/Mid-level Manager/Supervisor oversees and directs the delivery of products, services or functions through the work of subordinate employees, implements policies, programs and directives set by the organization's executives, and is responsible for pay determination, hire and termination decisions, and performance reviews.

    Oversees and directs revenue generation, preparation of financial reports, and direct investment activities to ensure that revenue goals are met

    Establishes procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities to ensure safekeeping

    Communicates risks and profits with stakeholders

    Analyzes information, identifies current and potential problems and proposes solutions.

    Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals.

    Generates updates on transient segment each period and continually analyzes transient booking patterns.

    Assists with account diagnostics process and validates conclusions.

    Finds and implements methods to increase revenue

    Generates yearly room revenue budget.

    Review and analyze STR data

    Assists hotels with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations.

    Assists in creating and verbalizing positioning and long-term strategies for all segments (group, transient, catering) that are in alignment with brand standards and property objectives.

    Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes.

    Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintains them over time.

    Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships.

    Provides targeted and timely communication of results, achievements and challenges to the stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    Proven experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a full-service or large hotel environment.

    Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

    Expertise with revenue management systems, PMS, forecasting tools, and distribution platforms.

    Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
