    About the Role

    Best Western Tolleson Hotel is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Room Inspector to join our team! As a Room Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property. This position involves inspecting guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas, as well as providing leadership, training, and support to the housekeeping staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
    • Train, assign, and direct housekeeping staff to maintain efficient daily operations.
    • Assist with cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as needed.
    • Maintain a safe working environment and promote accident prevention practices.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service.
    • Monitor and fulfill special guest requests (VIPs, special needs rooms, etc.).
    • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, linens, and cleaning chemicals.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous housekeeping experience required; hotel housekeeping and/or inspection experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
    • Basic computer and data entry skills.
    • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
    • Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
