    How do I make an impact on my team? Maintain the continuous growth of current property accounts by finding and securing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving or exceeding budgeted top line revenue.

    Sales Strategy

    Identify and execute quarterly sales plans (30/60/90) to grow customer base and increase top-line revenue

    Negotiate terms and present approved contracts for groups and local corporate accounts

    Prospect and close new business weekly by effectively selling value, telling the brand story, and creating tailored experiences

    Maintain familiarity with market conditions, competitors, and key accounts to effectively position the property and sell against the competition

    Client Relations

    Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat customers to drive loyalty and repeat business

    Respond promptly to leads, RFPs, and inquiries with customized, client-specific solutions

    Conduct experiential site tours that reflect the hotel’s value, service, and offerings

    Sales Reporting

    Utilize company sales standards and systems (e.g., Delphi/CI/TY) to manage all stages of the sales cycle and document activities

    Track and interpret STR, GRC, and Demand 360 data to guide sales strategy and present insights in sales meetings

    Qualifications

    Previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success of finding and closing new business opportunities

    Optimistic self-starter with high degree of drive, motivation and initiative

    Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment and discretion

    Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution

    Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills

    Strong attention to detail and organized

    Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
