The Hotel Sales Coordinator at the Comfort Inn Bozeman plays a key role in driving the on-property sales effort. This position supports the Director of Sales by conducting local sales visits, entering and managing group bookings, and helping to collect and organize client information. The Sales Coordinator also collaborates on Local Negotiated Rate accounts, corporate leads, and RFP opportunities to ensure accurate setup and effective follow-through. This role combines administrative organization with active involvement in lead generation, client outreach, and booking coordination to help maximize the hotel's revenue potential. Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and pursue new business through local outreach, in-house guest mining, online research, and community networking (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, CVB). • Collaborate on LNR and corporate business development by qualifying leads, supporting rate agreement setup, tracking account production, and re-engaging inactive clients. • Respond to and manage group inquiries and bookings , including proposal creation, contract negotiation, block setup in the PMS, and collaboration with operations for seamless execution. • Handle all incoming RFPs and brand leads by coordinating with the Director of Sales, GM, and revenue team to evaluate displacement, set rates, and apply yield strategies. • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through site tours, check-ins, and prompt resolution of concerns, aiming to drive repeat business and client satisfaction. • Track sales performance and market trends by maintaining a lead tracker, reporting on production and pace, and sharing insights during internal sales and revenue meetings. Qualifications: • At least 1–2 years of administrative, sales support, or hotel front office experience preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable working with systems like PMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office. • Strong written communication and documentation skills. • Able to manage time independently and meet deadlines. • Hospitality background is a plus, but not required. • Willing and able to travel overnight as needed for onboarding or support. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
