Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Support the sales team by preparing, organizing, and coordinating promotional materials, events, and sales activities. Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and assist with budget tracking. Manage sales files, input data into CRM/PMS systems, and ensure records are always up to date. Manage incoming calls, qualify leads, and conduct site inspections when sales managers are unavailable. Arrange guest amenities, coordinate sales meetings, and assist with day‑to‑day departmental needs. Create weekly group resumes and collaborate closely with Group Coordinators and Operations to ensure seamless group arrivals. Provide essential administrative and operational support to the Sales Team in alignment with revenue strategies. Qualifications: What You Bring Marriott brand experience strongly preferred. 2+ years of hotel administrative or sales support experience. Strong customer service background and a solutions‑driven mindset. Exceptional organizational skills and polished verbal/written communication. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Proficiency in digital systems and reporting tools (Delphi, PMS, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
