Be part of a growing sales team that drives success across multiple hotels! The Hotel Sales Coordinator at Structure Hospitality plays a key role in supporting our growing Sales Division. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the center of our hotel sales efforts, working directly with the Director of Sales to ensure seamless operations and strong client relationships. The Sales Coordinator will assist with essential administrative tasks, prepare proposals and contracts, and help secure group bookings and Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) accounts across multiple properties. You’ll gain hands-on experience in hotel sales while contributing to the success of several properties, making a visible impact on revenue growth. With exposure to both the strategic and day-to-day sides of hospitality sales, the position provides a strong foundation for professional growth within the company and the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Support the Director of Sales with day-to-day administrative tasks, reporting, and organization. • Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documents for groups and LNR accounts. • Assist with signing and managing group bookings and Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) agreements across assigned properties. • Maintain accurate records of accounts, leads, and group details in sales systems. • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth group reservations and turnover to operations. • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables to keep sales processes on schedule. • Provide support during site visits, client meetings, and property tours when needed. • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure service delivery aligns with sales commitments. Qualifications: • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales. • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities. • Must possess a high school diploma or GED. • Outstanding organizational skills and time management. • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
