Looking for a part-time electric golf cart driver on the weekends to fulfill our shuttle service between the hotel and Rehoboth Beach boardwalk! This is a simple and seasonal side gig with 100% of tips from riders being yours. No specific timetable to maintain, but the shuttle is available upon request. Drive time between drop-off points is roughly 8-10 minutes. Shuttle Details • Shuttle is available upon request at either drop-off point - no set timetables • EV golf cart holds six passengers, including driver • Travels up to 30mph, though designated routes do not exceed 25mph Availability and Shifts • Weekend availability is required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Flexibility to cover other days, however, is always a plus • Shifts are 10 AM to 7 PM, with an hour break that is also used as time for shuttle charging. Responsibilities: • Safely transport guests between drop-off locations • Take your time - there is no timetable to maintain • Follow and enforce passenger safety (seatbelts, properly secured items, etc). • Maintain a proper charge of the golf cart • Routine inspections (tire pressure, damage, working lights, etc) • Report any and all discrepancies or damage Qualifications: • Valid Drivers License • 18 years of age or older • Preferably one or more years of driving experience • Clean driving record • Common sense Compensation: $14 hourly
