Adams Freight & Logistics is actively seeking professional Hotshot Owner Operators to join our growing network. This is a great opportunity for individuals who own their own truck and gooseneck trailer and want to run under a trusted and supportive company.

We specialize in expedited and LTL freight throughout the Midwest, South, and Central U.S. We are NOT currently dispatching loads to California, Florida, or the Northeast.

Requirements:

3/4 ton or 1-ton pickup truck (dually preferred)
Gooseneck flatbed trailer – minimum 30 feet
DOT Medical Card (required for CDL and non-CDL)
Valid CDL (preferred but not required)
Must have own equipment (we do not provide trucks or trailers)
Must carry proper securement gear (chains, binders, straps, tarps)
Clean MVR preferred – affects insurance pricing
Willingness to work OTR and follow dispatch instructions
Strong communication and customer service skills
