We believe great cleaners should be rewarded for great work! Our pay structure includes Quarterly Performance Pay, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your performance, reliability, efficiency, and how well you represent our core values.

Starting pay: $17/hour

Earn up to an additional $3/hour through quarterly performance raises

Top performers can earn up to $20/hour

$13.50 travel bonus for every additional home you clean after your first home of the day

The better you perform, the more you can earn! (Our quarterly reviews give you a clear opportunity to increase your hourly pay based on your hard work and performance.)
