Job Description We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who love creating clean, organized spaces. At Ezer Home Solutions, our Cleaning Specialists work in both residential and commercial spaces, delivering exceptional results while building trust with clients.

This role is open to all levels (Cleaning Specialist I, II, and III). Whether you’re brand new to the industry or an experienced cleaner ready to lead, we’ll train, support, and place you in the right role based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Clean and organize residential and commercial spaces, transforming them into spotless, welcoming environments

Perform solo and/or team cleanings with quality, care, and efficiency

Follow client preferences and detailed checklists to meet Ezer standards

Build trust and rapport with clients, becoming a friendly, dependable part of their routine

Safely use company-provided cleaning products and equipment

For higher levels (II & III): validate scopes, perform quality checks, and help support/guide team members

Requirements

Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred (6+ months for Level II/III, but no experience required for Level I — we train!)

Comfortable working independently and maintaining strong time management

Ability to follow app-based schedules and provide updates via Google Chat

A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance

Ability to work 15–35 hours per week with a flexible schedule
