Help Wanted: Experienced Cleaner (Part-Time) Company: ELGION Management

ELGION Management is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to support the upkeep of our residential properties. This role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and presentable common areas, as well as preparing apartments for new tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean common areas including hallways, stairwells, and laundry rooms

Perform apartment turnovers to ensure units are fully rent-ready

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

Travel between multiple property locations as needed

Work Area: Castleton, Nassau, Wynantskill, and South Albany (all within approximately a 20-minute radius of our home office)

Position Details:

Part-time: 1–3 days per week

Approximately 45–55 hours per month

Compensation: $20.00 – $22.50 per hour (based on experience)

Additional hours may be available for special projects

Company cleaning vehicle and all necessary supplies provided

Requirements:

Prior professional cleaning experience required

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent time management and reliability

Valid, clean NYS driver’s license

Strong references required
