Schedule & Structure
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No evenings or weekends required
We build your schedule gradually, so reliability and effort matter — top performers earn more, faster

Important Job Requirements – Please Read Before Applying
A reliable, insured vehicle & valid driver’s license
Must live within a 30-minute drive of Somerville, NJ
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to speak, read, and understand conversational English
Comfortable working independently and following a schedule
Physically able to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, twist, and be active all day
Daily access to a smartphone with data
Punctuality is non-negotiable – we take timeliness seriously
