House Cleaning Company Scheduler/Quality Control Coordinator
Scheduling Duties:
Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for residential and commercial clients.
Assign jobs to cleaning staff based on availability, location, and skill level.
Adjust schedules as needed due to client requests, cancellations, or employee availability.
Communicate schedule updates to cleaners and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of services rendered and staff hours.
Quality Control Duties:
Conduct on-site and post-clean inspections to ensure service meets company standards.
Address client concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
Provide feedback and retraining to cleaners as needed based on performance.
Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures.
Monitor supplies and equipment quality used during cleaning.
Requirements:
Proven experience in scheduling, operations, or quality control (cleaning industry preferred).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy: comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and mobile apps.
Valid driver's license (if inspections or field visits are required).
High attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Experience with CRM or field service management software (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro, ZenMaid).
Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
