Quartz Residential Cleaning serves homeowners throughout Apex, Cary and Holly Springs.

We're building a professional team that believes reliability is a form of respect. Our clients trust us because we show up when we say we will, care for their homes as if they were our own, and deliver consistent quality every visit.

What You'll Do

As part of a two- or three-person team, you will:

Clean clients' homes to our established quality standards

Follow our structured cleaning system (full training provided)

Work efficiently without compromising quality

Support your teammates throughout the day

Represent Quartz professionally in every client's home

Continually develop your skills through coaching and training

What We Offer

Monday-Friday schedule

No evenings

No weekends

Typical workday: 8:30 AM-3:00 PM

Paid for your full workday, including travel between homes

Company vehicles provided

All equipment and supplies provided

Paid training

Paid time off after the qualifying period

What Matters Most

Cleaning can be taught.

Character is much harder to teach.

If you struggle with attendance, reliability, or working as part of a team, this position is unlikely to be a good fit.
