Responsibilities:

Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting & making beds.

Work 10 - 25 hours per week (varies) between 8am and 5pm

Must be flexible as the schedule can change often due to client and company needs

Must attend weekly meetings on Monday’s at 8am & once a month in-person on Tuesday at 8am

Must lift/move items up to 20lbs

Must be motivated & willing to always improve & have a high standard of cleanliness

Must perform basic cleaning duties with high attention to detail: dusting, vacuuming, mopping

Must be able to bend, kneel, lift and reach

Must care for your supplies & clean and store equipment properly at the end of shift

Collect and remove trash

Report, turn in and log all broken items or items needing repair

Must stock your supplies and be prepared for all cleans

Must travel within a 15-mile radius outside of Findlay

Must be ok working alone when a client is home

Must be a team player and complete other fun tasks that might be assigned

Qualifications:

Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Friendly, high energy, customer-oriented personality

Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail

Able to work quickly without compromising quality

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have a valid driver's license & insurance

Must have a reliable vehicle
