    POSITION OVERVIEW

    This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. If you are an outgoing, organized professional, this is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company. In this important role, you manage the day-to-day office operations including providing administrative support to the team, working withour call center and following up with existing and new potantial customers.. You work closely with the owner managing email campaigns and social media postings, assist with sales support and customer service by phone and email.

    House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Kanawha Valley area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Handle all telephone calls incoming and call customers and following up on customer inquires.

    Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

    Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

    Communicating with customers through various channels.

    Following phone scripts with customers based on type of call.

    Entering Data ino Service Titan, our operations management software

    Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

    Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.

    Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

    Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

    Scheduling technicians

    Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

    Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

    Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Data entry, reports and analytical support

    Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

    Manage feedback from clients, business partners and suppliers

    Coordinating digital marketing posts, and responding to comments & inquiries

    Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    High integrity, honesty and strong work ethic

    Experience with high volume telephone sales and inquires

    Stable work experience

    High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

    Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

    Comfortalbe with using computers and programs.

    Experience with social media postings and management

    5+ years of experience with office admin duties

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Detail-oriented and highly organized

    Proficient with general office technology and software including Google Workspace

    Understanding of basic accounting and o Quickbooks Online would be considered an asset

    Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems

    Friendly personality and committed to great customer service

    A self starter with a strong work ethic and highly dependable
