    About Our Family

We are a lively family of four, with two young children. Currently, we are in transition as we undergo home renovations, but we're excited to move back into our home this summer. Both parents are very involved in our children's daily routines. Our home is active and full of life, especially the kitchen, but we also believe in creating a sense of calm and order behind the scenes.

While we manage many aspects of the household ourselves, including overseeing the children's needs, we're looking for someone who can work alongside us to help things run smoothly. We need someone who is adaptable and able to take initiative when necessary, but also comfortable sharing responsibilities and collaborating as a team.

A key part of our family dynamic is a warm, approachable, and flexible attitude. We want someone who will integrate naturally into our home and contribute to the positive, supportive environment we value. You will be an integral part of helping us maintain the flow of daily life, so we can focus on more quality time together as a family.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are naturally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong instinct for maintaining order in a busy home. Whether preparing meals for the family, keeping the pantry stocked and beautifully organized, managing art supplies, creating order for toys, or readying the house for the weekly cleaning service, you identify what needs to be done and take initiative. Excellent time management skills allow you to juggle multiple tasks at once, ensuring the household runs smoothly and efficiently.

You have a deep passion for food and a strong proficiency in the kitchen, with a solid understanding of ingredients and the proper care required for specialized kitchen tools, such as cast-iron skillets, knives, and glassware. Cooking and baking for the family, and sometimes alongside them, comes naturally to you, and you are skilled at following recipes. Your love for small children shines through in your ability to connect with them emotionally, maintaining patience and grace no matter their mood or temperament. You work effortlessly with children, bringing warmth and understanding to every interaction.

You are warm, approachable, and most of all enjoy working collaboratively. You understand the importance of flexibility, especially in a family where both parents are actively involved in daily life. You are comfortable sharing responsibilities and communicating openly to ensure everything is running seamlessly. Adaptable and eager to learn, you are always ready to step in when needed, while respecting established routines. A natural communicator, you foster trust and build strong relationships with the family through honest, thoughtful feedback.

You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized space. Thriving in dynamic environments, you know how to remain flexible when the family's schedule or needs shift. As a family-oriented person, you'll feel right at home in an atmosphere that values warmth, trust, and humor. You are excited about joining a long-term partnership where you can contribute to making the home run smoothly, allowing the family to focus on what truly matters: quality time together (being outside, painting, coloring, making music, reading books, sharing household duties)
