    We're seeking a Real Estate Dispositions Manager to help propel our business to the next level. In this role, you will use your entrepreneurial mindset and industry acumen to identify, evaluate, and acquire promising real estate investment opportunities. Your work will contribute directly to our company's success, from forging strategic relationships with investors, wholesalers, and realtors, to closing successful deals that further our growth. Compensation: Upside Commission @ 7.5% (Starting) Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry players, including investors, wholesalers, and realtors • Stay updated with market trends and use insights to identify potential investment opportunities • Strategize and implement effective property acquisition at favorable prices • Conduct cold prospecting and outreach to discover new investment opportunities • Analyze potential properties for investment suitability • Negotiate deals with sellers, investors, and other transaction stakeholders • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate acquisition or disposition • Strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals • High degree of self-motivation and proactive attitude • Proficiency with real estate software and databases
