People from Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Cuba, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Paraguay, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico), Asia (Philippines, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh) are encouraged to apply Salary Range: $4.5 - $7 hourly starting + Bonuses + Commissions + Paid Holidays / Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Prospect for seller leads & convert the leads into appointments • Continually nurture leads through proactive outreach via phone calls, texts, and emails, facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Conduct regular follow-ups on leads until appointments are successfully arranged • Cultivate enduring relationships with homeowners by offering tailored solutions to address their specific needs • Gather comprehensive and pertinent information from prospects, ensuring they meet the criteria to progress through the sales pipeline for an efficient process led by the acquisition team • Maintain and optimize our state-of-the-art CRM system to ensure organized and up-to-date information on all leads • Efficiently oversee lead lists for optimal management and organization • Actively engage in sales team meetings and scheduled training sessions • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly metrics, including setting a minimum of 5 appointments per week, aiming for 100+ daily dials, and at least 1 hour of talk time Qualifications: • Exceptional communication prowess, both orally and in writing, along with exceptionally strong phone etiquette and rapport-building skills. Proven ability to set and finalize appointments over the phone, coupled with a willingness to invest the majority of the workday in phone-related activities • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record • Prior experience in relevant real estate roles, especially with 1+ year of tenure, is beneficial • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus • Passion for real estate sales and a goal-oriented personality • Possessing a proactive, problem-solving attitude • Self-motivated and able to maintain performance without supervision • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Reliable and Demonstrates Consistent Performance Compensation: $4.5 - $7 hourly starting + Bonuses + Commissions
