About the Role:

As a House Manager at RAM RECOVERY LLC, you will play a vital role in fostering a supportive and structured environment for our residents in Baltimore, MD. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire individuals on their path to recovery while working alongside a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the recovery house, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Manage resident intake and discharge processes, maintaining accurate records.

Facilitate group meetings and activities that promote personal growth and recovery.

Provide guidance and support to residents, addressing their individual needs and challenges.

Coordinate with treatment providers and community resources to enhance resident care.

Enforce house rules and policies to maintain order and respect among residents.

Conduct regular house inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Act as a liaison between residents, staff, and families to foster open communication.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a recovery or residential setting.

Strong understanding of addiction recovery principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.

Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.

Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to supporting individuals in recovery.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
