    Type: Full-Time | On-Call Rotation Required (12-week cycle) Salary: Based on experience

    Position Overview: BOLD, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Coordinator to oversee a residential home for a young woman who has an intellectual and physical disability (total care). This is a middle management position with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home and oversight of 4–5 direct support professionals.

    Candidate Requirements:

    · Experience: Previous experience as a House Manager or Residential Coordinator working with individuals who have Intellectual and/or physical disabilities (total care).

    · Gender Specific: Due to the personal care needs of the individual, this position is open to female applicants only.

    · Physical Requirements: Must be able to climb stairs regularly and actively participate in daily care tasks.

    · Personal Qualities: Must be clean, organized, proactive, and capable of following a structured schedule.

    · Teamwork: Must work collaboratively and respectfully with the individual’s family.

    · Medical Knowledge: A strong medical background is highly preferred.

    · Bonus Skills: Experience using gait belts and assistive technology (especially communication devices) is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Oversee and support a team of 4–5 direct support staff.

    · Coordinate and attend medical appointments.

    · Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation and individual records.

    · Promote and uphold the rights, safety, and dignity of the individual per 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6400.

    · Implement care plans and ensure the individual’s physical, emotional, and social needs are being met.

    · Participate in the on-call rotation (every 12 weeks).

    · Maintain compliance with agency policy and regulatory requirements, including supervision ratios, documentation standards, and staff training.
