Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home serving individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ID). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to providing high-quality care while managing and supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Intellectual Disability (ID) field

Strong experience with Therap documentation

Proven experience using QuickMAR for medication management

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage staff professionally and effectively

Must be reliable and available for on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, manage, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Therap

Oversee medication administration and compliance using QuickMAR

Conduct routine house audits, including:

Fire and safety audits

Grocery and supply inventory

Individual medication audits

Create and manage monthly staff schedules

Respond to staff call-outs and operational needs while on-call

Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies

Maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive work environment
