    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a responsible, organized, and compassionate Live-In House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential home(s) and ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is highly dependable, has strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable managing a household while living on-site.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Oversight: Monitor and support clients in their daily activities, ensuring rules and routines are followed.

    New Client Intake: Complete intake paperwork, gather necessary documentation, and ensure new residents are welcomed and oriented properly.

    Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to clients, house operations, and incidents.

    Household Management: Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and general order of the home. Ensure supplies are stocked and chores are completed.

    Policy Enforcement: Uphold and enforce house rules in a fair and consistent manner.

    Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies or behavioral issues calmly and appropriately, escalating as needed.

    Communication: Coordinate with staff, supervisors, and outside agencies as required.

    Qualifications:

    Prior experience in residential programs, social services.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

    Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document management).

    Must pass background check.

    Valid driver’s license preferred.
