    House Person

    The Club at New Seabury is Mashpee, MA is looking for a House Person. The House Person is considered a highly visible role responsible for the cleanliness inside and outside of our buildings. This position will assist the Assistant Director of Housekeeping with light duties and be trained in resort cleaning standards. The House Person will handle various errands & special duties for Guests, Housekeeping and other Departments.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Dusts rooms and furniture.
    • Cleans and sanitizes restrooms; restocks restroom supplies.
    • Vacuums carpets and mops floors throughout the club.
    • Sweeps patio/deck area and dusts patio/deck furniture.
    • Empties all wastebaskets.

    Credentials And Experience

    • Previous experience working in industry
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

    Physical Requirements:

    This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time. The position may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
