Facilities & Housekeeping Maintenance

Perform routine custodial and housekeeping duties across all indoor facilities (clubhouse, office areas, dining spaces, restrooms, and common areas).

Oversee trash and recycling management, ensuring waste areas are clean and compliant with regulations.

Conduct daily inspections of indoor spaces to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or needed repairs and report to Supervisor.

Adhere to all OSHA, local safety standards, and proper chemical handling (SDS) guidelines.

Grounds & Exterior Care

Maintain clean, attractive, and safe exterior areas, including pathways, patios, parking lots, landscaping, and waterfront/outdoor amenities.

Perform regular groundskeeping tasks: trash collection, pressure washing surfaces, blowing leaves, edging, and minor garden/planter maintenance.

Operate and safely store power equipment (e.g., pressure washers, leaf blowers, mowers, and line trimmers).

Monitor outdoor lighting, signage, fences, and gates to ensure full operational order.

Event Setup & Logistics

Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, tents, AV equipment, and decor for private events, functions, and daily activities.

Maintain organized storage spaces for event equipment, furniture, and facility tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, groundskeeping, janitorial service, or a related role (hospitality/private club experience preferred).

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and operation of hand/power tools.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs regularly.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to stand, bend, stretch, climb ladders, and walk for extended periods.

Certifications: Valid driver’s license required. Basic safety or CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, reliable time management, and a clean, professional demeanor around members and guests.
