Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain referral partner relationships • Take and process applications from borrowers • Guide borrowers through the mortgage process for home purchases and refinances • Research competitive mortgage rates and interest rates, and negotiate terms to find ideal mortgage product and lender for potential borrowers • Ensure a smooth mortgage process by working with the borrower’s real estate agent, mortgage professionals such as closing agents, and financial institution department underwriters Qualifications: • Possess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • College degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients • Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired • NMLS license is required before start date Compensation: $84,000 - $105,000 yearly
