    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dependable, flexible, and initiative-taking Administrative Assistant with a cheerful outlook to join our team! This position entails supporting the Management team with a variety of tasks related to the organization.

    Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

    · High School Diploma/GED required.

    · Administrative Assistant and HR experience preferred.

    · Strong organizational and people skills.

    · Strong attention to details.

    · Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Familiarity with office equipment

    · Computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Assist HR Manager and CEO with department needs and tasks.

    Assist HR Manager with recruiting and onboarding.

    Assist with preparation of various reports as requested by management.

    In charge of ordering office, client and facility supplies as needed.

    Assist with editing and research for implementation of plans required by governing entities.
