    Location: New York

    Our client's company is growing and as a result, they are looking for a Client Service Representative who has a great personality and can deliver a high level of customer service to join their New York-based team.

    A background in customer service and or sales is preferred. However, we hire on attitude, passion, and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount! This is a very customer-centric role, so you'll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers in person. We are looking for individuals who will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.

    Client Services Representative Role

    As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the face and voice of our client's customers. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting the company's products and services. You will effectively be a brand ambassador, learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic, and professional manner.

    We are particularly looking for go-getters, self-starters, pacesetters, team players, trailblazers, and game-changers who will be confident handling all aspects of our client's acquisitions and increasing the Clients customer base .

    Required skills and qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
    • Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
    • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
    • Ability to work individually and as a team member
