The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Vice President, senior management and staff in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas of House of Spices India Inc: recruitment/employment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, benefits administration, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
