Cinnamon Tree Apartments is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks in apartment units and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain the appearance of exterior spaces such as walkways, entrances, and recreational areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored correctly and maintained in good working order.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintain positive, professional interactions with residents at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of units for new residents by thoroughly cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and patios.
- Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow community policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a residential, hotel, or commercial setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
