Job Title: Housekeeper

Position Overview:
Cinnamon Tree Apartments is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our apartment community. Your efforts will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize residential apartments, common areas, and facilities, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and recreational spaces.
- Perform routine dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal throughout the property.
- Conduct regular inspections of communal areas to ensure cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents by performing deep cleaning duties.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, utilizing cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Respond promptly to requests from residents and management regarding housekeeping needs and concerns.
- Support a positive resident experience by providing friendly service and upholding community standards.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
