Housecall Doctors Medical Group is growing!  We are currently searching for aWellness Scheduler Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping patients by scheduling an annual Wellness visit in their homes. The Wellness Representative will spend their day making outbound calls and answering inbound calls in the call center.  REQUIREMENTS:  

• High School diploma or GED a must
• Customer service focused!  
• Able to handle multiple calls in a busy call center environment
• Strong, positive customer service attitude and mindset required! 
• Able to effectively use a computer including:  MS Office and mapping software
• Able to speak a second language is helpful 
• Able to live our mission, vision and values
