About the Role:

Join Culligan of Tulsa as a Household Sales Representative and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch water solutions in Tulsa, OK. In this exciting role, you will connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that enhance their home experience.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new customer relationships through various sales techniques.

Conduct in-home consultations to assess water quality and customer needs.

Present and demonstrate Culligan products and services effectively.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve sales processes.

Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the home services or water treatment industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or business is a plus.

Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about water solutions.

Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
