Role Overview
We are seeking a proven in-home sales professional to close high-ticket whole-home water filtration systems for homeowners and businesses in the communities we serve.

Requirements
Proven in-home sales experience (solar, roofing, HVAC, windows/doors, water treatment, home remodeling, etc.).
Strong face-to-face communication and objection handling skills.
Comfortable presenting and closing high-ticket solutions in the home.
Experience using iPad and Apple software for presentations, proposals, and daily operations.
Experience working with a CRM platform (Salesforce experience preferred).
No water treatment experience necessary — paid training is provided.

Primary Job Responsibilities (A Day in the Life)
Review your schedule, prepare materials, and follow up on leads generated through marketing, customer inquiries, and referrals
Conduct in-home or on-site water quality tests using Culligan technology
Present customized water treatment solutions based on each customer’s needs
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and long-term value
Create proposals, walk customers through financing options, and close sales
Manage your sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, communication, and appointment scheduling
Generate new opportunities through outbound follow-up, referrals, networking, and attending scheduled sales appointments
Use an iPad/Salesforce to track leads, record customer interactions, and manage daily workflow
Coordinate with Service and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth installation and a great customer experience
Attend ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
