Job Summary:
As a Housekeeper for our Apartment Portfolio, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our residential units. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing apartments, common areas, and facilities to ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable living experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
- Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, stairwells, hallways, and amenities to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to property management in a timely manner.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents, including deep cleaning and touch-up work.
- Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked and organized.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, utilizing appropriate cleaning methods and materials.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members, addressing any concerns or feedback regarding cleanliness and maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the property management team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role, preferably within property management or hospitality.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with the ability to use them safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for travel between properties.
