About the Role:

Join Storybrooke Preschool Academy as a Housekeeper/Custodian, where you play a vital role in creating a clean and safe environment for our young learners. We are looking for a dedicated individual who takes pride in their work and is excited to contribute to our nurturing atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.

Maintain cleanliness of outdoor play areas and equipment.

Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials.

Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly.

Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Assist with setup and breakdown for special events and activities.

Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.

Work collaboratively with staff to support a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is a plus.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible schedule and availability for occasional evenings or weekends.

Positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
