Housekeeper - 1st shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a well-kept space, follows established procedures, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, bathrooms, common areas, and other facilities as needed.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, and restocking supplies.
• Follow cleaning schedules, safety guidelines, and infection prevention procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the appropriate team member.
• Use cleaning products and equipment properly and in accordance with training and instructions.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful approach when interacting with residents, guests, and coworkers.
• Support a clean and organized environment that promotes comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or environmental services experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Basic communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work every other weekend during first shift hours.
