    ****Position Summary

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all designated areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for all residents and guests. This role involves routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing, and requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Routine Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all rooms, common areas, restrooms, and designated amenity spaces in accordance with company standards. Maintain a hygienic and orderly environment for residents, guests, and staff.
    • Floor and Surface Care: Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor types, including tile, carpet, and hardwood. Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to ensure a consistently tidy appearance.
    • Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins and recycling containers regularly. Properly dispose of waste materials in compliance with sanitation and recycling policies.
    • Linen and Amenity Management: Change and replenish bed linens, towels, toiletries, and other in-room amenities as needed. Ensure all items are clean, neatly arranged, and fully stocked.
    • Use of Cleaning Supplies: Operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely and efficiently. Follow proper protocols to ensure the well-being of all building occupants and maintain compliance with safety guidelines.
    • Maintenance and Safety Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel. Take initiative in identifying potential hazards and areas for improvement.
    • Schedule Adherence and Standards: Follow the assigned cleaning schedule and daily task list. Maintain consistent quality standards to uphold the property's appearance and hygiene expectations.
    • Resident and Guest Relations: Respond to resident and guest requests in a courteous and timely manner. Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-service mindset to ensure satisfaction.
