Job Summary:

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently local businesses and possibly cleaning specific homes. You will be traveling to local businesses and possibly company homes to provide a variety of cleaning services.

You are someone who takes pride in your work, operating with high integrity, honesty and efficiency while serving customers. You have an eye for the details and go above & beyond to make an impact on our customers!

Responsibilities:

Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean businesses and/or company homes

Clean all surfaces, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor

Ability to clean floors with flexible mobility in kitchens and bathrooms

Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture

Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind

Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office and rooms

Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment

Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

Be able to work independently at times while working with team goals.

Have strong communication skils with Supervisor to report on various jobs, any issues of surroundings and maintain high level of quality work.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to job sites

Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment

Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
