Housekeeper

Position Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, attractive, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with brand and company standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.

• Change linens, make beds, restock amenities and supplies.

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.

• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas organized.

• Follow safety and infection control procedures.

• Comply with productivity standards and quality expectations.

• Provide courteous service when interacting with guests.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
