Our Expectations Requirements • Previous experience with hotel housekeeping or similar housekeeping experience. • Ability to be consistently punctual and ready to work at your scheduled in-time. • Embraces the Hotel's vision and service culture, ensuring staff adherence to brand standards and guidelines. • Physically tour and visually inspect the property on a daily basis, monitoring property condition, cleanliness, and quality of service throughout the hotel. • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. • Promptly and efficiently clean and restock guest rooms according to schedules and protocols determined by the department head. • Help to instill company culture, build morale, and create an inclusive and ongoing positive work environment, using established procedures as well as newly developed initiatives. • Monitor and assist the Front Desk with providing guests' special requests. • Work with the maintenance department to ensure all hotel visual and touch-points are in good condition. • Ability to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable standing for extended periods of time. Which could include fresh towels, removal of trash, and remaking of beds. Qualifications: • Knowledge of cleaning procedures , products, and equipment. • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. • Time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Flexibility to work varied hours , including weekends or holidays if needed. • Trustworthiness and respect for privacy. Compensation: $12 - $16 hourly
