Vista Manor is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeper at our Wilbur, WA community. Our 16-bed Assisted Living Facility provides a family-oriented culture for all staff and residents.

We are seeking a housekeeper who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We hire team-oriented individuals who present well to residents, families, and staff, and who understand the important role cleanliness plays in overall resident care and wellbeing.

We help our staff recognize the impact they have on the lives of others and the importance of maintaining a warm and welcoming home-like setting.

We are also in the planning stages of rolling out a life and career coaching program as a free, optional benefit for our employees, focusing on both professional and personal growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay: Starting at $17.13 - $19 per hour, depending on experience
