Responsibilities: • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, creating a welcoming environment for all. • Collaborate with team members to manage daily housekeeping operations efficiently, ensuring the timely completion of tasks. • Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working order and available when needed. • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to protect guests and team members, fostering a safe and healthy environment. • Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service and enhancing their overall experience with us. Qualifications: • Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in a hospitality setting. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to manage daily cleaning schedules efficiently. • Proven track record of adhering to health and safety regulations in a professional environment. • Strong attention to detail, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards. • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, enhancing the overall guest experience. • Experience in identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe environment. • Capability to replenish supplies and amenities, ensuring guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Compensation: $13 - $14 hourly
