Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests/residents. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing, while demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
- Sweep, vacuum, buff, and mop floors, ensuring all areas are tidy and free of hazards.
- Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; restock as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest/resident requests and inquiries.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other team members.

Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
