Join our dedicated team at Quality Inn Fredericksburg Near Historic Downtown on Rt 17 as a Housekeeper! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Please no phone calls.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.

Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as needed.

Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a fresh appearance.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning tasks.

Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing and folding linens.

Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide exceptional service.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Weekends and holidays are required (Thanksgiving and Christmas off)
