Key Responsibilities
Ensure facilities are clean, sanitary, and infection-free, including daily cleaning of bathrooms, fixtures, furniture, and surfaces.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely while using approved chemicals in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and health regulations.
Manage routine housekeeping tasks such as trash disposal, dusting, window washing, and monitoring areas for spills or hazards.
Plan work schedules, follow cleaning protocols, and report maintenance or repair needs promptly to supervisors.
This is a safety‑sensitive position requiring strong attention to detail and accountability.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of housekeeping experience
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Ability to read, speak, and write in English
CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain, employer paid)
Demonstrated ethical behavior, professionalism, and respect for residents
Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.
