Job Summary:
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Restock cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
- Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy items.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
