Columbia Woodlands is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest accommodations and common areas
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces according to sanitation guidelines
• Make beds, change linens, and restock rooms with towels, toiletries, and other supplies
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and carpets
• Wash windows, blinds, and draperies
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as needed
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and room supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and steamers
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or needed repairs
• Ensure all rooms and facilities meet Columbia Woodlands' quality standards
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests and team members

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related role
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization protocols and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Previous experience leading or supporting a housekeeping team is a plus
